To address Altura’s objectives, we began with stakeholder interviews and user-journey mapping to understand how buyers research homes online. We then designed a responsive, photo-rich interface that opens with a “Find Your Dream Home” search bar—letting users filter by price, location, and build status. Each community page features high-resolution imagery, neighborhood highlights, and clear calls to “Call or Text” the dedicated sales agent. We built custom floor-plan viewer modules and integrated a dynamic “Mortgage Rate Buy-Down” banner that Altura’s marketing team can update in real time. Behind the scenes, we implemented a lightweight content management system enabling quick updates to inventory, pricing, and special offers. Finally, we embedded automated tour-request forms routed by ZIP code, ensuring inquiries reached the correct sales specialist without manual intervention.
